So tonight I’m feeling really good because after walking around the mall for a while, I ran on the treadmill & burned 300 calories.
Also I’ve been drinking a TON of water the past week or so, & I think I must have been so dehydrated. I don’t know why I haven’t always drank 64 oz. a day.
This is the beginning of my health & fitness blog. You may know me from my other blog here on Tumblr, fernwehmaedchen.
Here I hope to record my daily successes as I work on getting fit the right way. I am a recovering bulimic, & I hope that focusing on loving myself & treating my body the way it deserves to be treated will help me develop into a woman more capable of loving myself & my body than ever before.
